SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Methods & Rates: Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Transit times depend on the carrier and the delivery address.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: Emi Naturals is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will do our best to assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Emi Naturals, your satisfaction matters to us. However, because our products are personal-care and cosmetic items, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing eminaturals@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and the items you received

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate remedy at our discretion.

  • Exchanges are not offered under any circumstances.

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

  • Emi Naturals reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy for any approved claim.
